    I used to be terrified of making the wrong choice.

So much so, that I rarely made any decisions — unless I had to meet an external deadline.

It took me years to realize that not making a decision is actually a decision in of itself.

    I’ve got a confession 🤭

I’ve always secretly thought of myself as a Joy Coach.

At one point I shared it publicly, but then got in my head and quickly pivoted to something that felt “safer” and more marketable.

I was afraid
    Part of experiencing more joy is allowing yourself space to process and feel ALL emotions.

The fear.
The shame.
The self-doubt.
The not-enough-ness.

We all feel these things from time to time.

It’s part of being human.

1️⃣ Trust your intuition.

Learn how to access your inner knowing, and recognize when it’s giving you the green light to act on something.
